By M. Vega Still waiting on the rum back order but tried both butterscotch and caramel with skim milk/protein powder smoothies. Half a capful is about right, too much will ruin it. Adding an apple banana with the caramel gave the smoothie a bananas foster flavor. Maple is next with frozen blueberries. I have a hunch the pancakes I gave up for lower glycemic choices won't be missed. Using these extracts is an delish tool to increase satisfaction when making healthier food a permanent lifestyle.
