I wanted a natural flavoring for use in home-made seltzer. This powder works well and has a nice flavor. It will cause a slight haze in the seltzer. This is probably due to the hard water I use to make the seltzer. If you used distilled water I believe the water will remain clear. The haze is tolerable in my experience. The flavor is great and that is what I wanted.
